Human Resources Generalist Job

The role of a Human Resources Generalist is to ensure seamless, integrated, and efficient high-volume HR activities are provided to all employees and managers in regional offices. This involves partnering with the Global HR Team in managing recruitment life cycles and hiring needs, as well as providing effective HR advisory services to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment internally and externally, including sourcing, screening, interview assessment, onboarding, new hire orientation, and offboarding.
  • Develop and support employer branding campaigns and relationships with external organizations such as universities, job fairs, or professional event coordinators.
  • Partner with the Global HR Team in managing recruitment advertising channels aligning candidates with the organization's employer branding and ensuring there is a healthy pipeline for workforce planning.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a generalist HR function in a global organization.
  • Experience in working in the financial industry and understanding regulatory requirements will be a strong advantage.
  • A Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related studies.
