Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced social worker to join our team in Regional Western Australia.

As a social worker, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing treatment plans for clients. You will also provide evidence-based interventions and case management services to promote quality mental health care.

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and create personalized treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Deliver high-quality interventions and case management services to support clients' mental health goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in social work or psychology is essential for this role. In addition, we require:

  • Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in community mental health.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
