About Us

G8 Education is a leading provider of early learning services, dedicated to supporting the growth and development of young children. Our comprehensive induction program ensures that all new staff members receive the training and support they need to excel in their roles.

Our Early Childhood Teacher First Steps program provides three months of continued support and training, allowing time off the floor to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally. You'll also have an ECT Buddy providing an extra layer of support as you settle into your role.

Requirements

  • An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood) is required.
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification is acceptable.

Estimated Salary:

$55-$65 per hour depending on location and experience.
