About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Painter Site Lead to join our Property Services team in Tamworth, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and budgeting all staff materials and equipment on each project, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, successfully, and profitably.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee staff and ensure teams are on track to complete each project within the allocated timeframe and budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, liaising with them to understand their needs and deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure that staff understand the scope of each project and are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Organise site inductions and ensure that all relevant safety protocols are followed.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Painter or Project Manager, preferably in the painting industry.
  • Prior experience managing sites and managing stakeholder relationships is highly desirable.
  • Trade qualification in Painting and Decorating is preferred but not required.
  • A current Driver's License is essential.
  • Experience working as part of a team and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to pass a police clearance and full medical check, including D&A testing.
  • Any further trade qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
