Your Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to contribute to our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will assist in managing complex intercompany financial requirements for our global accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing funding requests related to rental, operational, and capital expenditures.
  • Managing monthly accruals for various financial categories and entering journal entries into the accounting system.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting while analyzing client data and addressing financial inquiries.
  • Collaborating with JLL staff and stakeholders to establish efficient procedures and systems.
  • Facilitating payment processing and managing non-system invoice coding.
  • Reviewing and processing petty cash transactions.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including leasing managers and client representatives.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
  • Assisting with various ad-hoc financial tasks as needed.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain Negative Vetting (NV1) clearance.
  • A degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Progress towards professional qualifications such as CPA or CA is highly regarded.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with analytical reporting.
  • Self-motivated and energetic with a positive attitude.
  • Capability to manage stressful situations effectively.
