Job Description

As a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert sleep solutions to our customers. You will work across agreed weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, building relationships with customers and collaborating with your team to deliver an awesome customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

  • Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
  • Maintaining a high standard of customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and respected
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor to ensure a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred but not essential)
  • A driven individual with a high standard of customer service
  • Confident and professional communication skills
  • The ability to use a computer and navigate our systems
  • The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

$28.57 - $38.46 per hour
