Sales Consultants are the backbone of our business. Your new role will see you working closely with customers to understand their design needs and preferences. With your expertise, you'll help them find beautiful solutions for their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, sales, customer service, or a passion for design. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring customers with your product knowledge and tailoring your service to meet their individual needs.
  • Exceeding sales targets through creative selling, teamwork, and follow-up on customer quotes and upselling.
  • Partnering with our Interior Decorator to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Assisting with other duties around the store, such as visual merchandising, processing customer orders, and ticketing.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required by your store management team.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
