We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee key activities in our Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) group. The successful candidate will support the Executive Leadership Team by coordinating meetings, managing communications, and leading business improvement initiatives.

The role requires strong organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent customer service and stakeholder management experience. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, are also essential.

  • Coordinate monthly management meetings and quarterly townhalls, including presentation pack preparation.
  • Manage internal communications across newsletters, SharePoint, Teams, and executive messaging.
  • Lead Business Continuity Planning reviews and emergency planning; act as DD&T's liaison with ASIC's Business Resilience Team.
  • Drive DD&T's Culture Action Plan with executive sponsors, including working group coordination and reporting.
  • Support the Women in DD&T Network through meeting coordination and content contribution.
  • Assist with DD&T business planning, stakeholder engagement, and progress reporting.
  • Lead business improvement initiatives and enhance work practices with the Senior Manager BMU.
  • Ensure smooth BMU operations with the Business Coordinator, leveraging digital and AI tools.
  • Oversee governance reviews to maintain up-to-date policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate DD&T Privacy Champion activities and act as BMU Privacy Champion when needed.
  • Support procurement processes in line with PGPA Act and compliance requirements.
