You will provide commercially focused financial solutions and advice to the business. Together with your colleagues, clients, and partners, you'll make a meaningful impact that's felt by all. This position offers flexibility in GHD office locations.Key Responsibilities
- Providing trusted financial advice to key stakeholders to align business direction and financial strategies
- Conducting analytical reviews on project budgets
- Supporting and managing finance for projects within the business
- Preparing and analysing various monthly management reports
- Analysing actual vs budget expense accounts on the Profit and Loss Statement
- Tender Reviews on project pricing, assessing profitability, and risk
- Assisting in addressing queries from various stakeholders
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Pursuing or completed CPA/CA qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable
- 3+ years' experience in a finance partnering or similar role
- Ability to operate under ambiguity and develop new ideas and business solutions
- Ability to influence, manage, and prioritise across diverse stakeholders
- Experience in delivering commercial outcomes
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as BST, financial transaction systems, and data analytics tools like Planning Analytics (TM1), PowerBi is highly desirable
- A high level of competency in MS Office applications
- Experience in a project environment is highly desirable
