We're seeking a results-driven Procurement Leader to drive strategic and operational excellence within our Supply Chain team.

This is a hands-on leadership role that will shape procurement excellence, deliver tangible commercial impact, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

About The Role:

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Group, you will lead the planning and execution of procurement strategies to meet production schedules and inventory targets. This includes building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, negotiating commercially beneficial terms, and optimising value through cost, quality, and service metrics.

You will also partner with cross-functional teams to enable smooth, timely, and cost-effective delivery of new product innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Managing and developing a small team of procurement professionals
  • Driving cost management, pricing negotiations, and delivering positive purchase price variance (PPV) outcomes
  • Leading supplier consolidation and performance management initiatives
  • Providing expert advice on procurement-related matters to stakeholders across the business
Requirements:

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Expertise in ERP systems and data-led decision making
  • Relevant qualifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related fields
