Exciting opportunity to secure a permanent role as a Senior Workplace Safety Professional with Ventia, working across the Smart Link Alliance contract. The position involves implementing, monitoring and governing SHEQ programs, processes and systems into the project while driving consistency in line with business and client requirements.

Ventia is seeking an experienced professional to join their team, responsible for managing the implementation of Safety Management Plans across the project, ensuring risk assessment and risk registers are developed and maintained, and promoting the participation of all people in achieving a safe workplace with zero impact on the environment.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work a rotating roster (2 weeks day shift, followed by 2 weeks night shift) and previous experience in the construction industry. They will also possess a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, current first aid certificate, and a current drivers license.
