Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire guests through each interaction from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Lead the bell team in operational tasks while assisting other front office associates.
  • Empower and support your team as a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor.
  • Educate guests on hotel features and offerings, exceeding their expectations.
  • Showcase your knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area, anticipating guests' needs and fueling their curiosity.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, facilitating future bookings.
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a sense of value among associates.
  • Anticipate and complete guests' requirements and requests in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external and internal clients for the department.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

About You:

  • A current driver's license.
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory role similar to this position.
  • Working rights in Australia.
