Support Worker Opportunity

We offer a range of services and support to local residents, including assistance at home, social inclusion, and community participation. Our ideal candidate will provide practical and emotional support, leveraging their own life experiences to build rapport and relationships.

This casual role is based in Robina QLD and provides flexibility while making a positive impact in the lives of people with disabilities.

We seek reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals who can provide quality care as a Support Worker.

To succeed, you must possess:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Diploma of Community Services or equivalent
  • A current National Police Certificate
  • An Open Valid Driver License and your own, reliable vehicle
  • At least one year experience supporting someone with complex disabilities and behaviours of concern
  • A Current First aid Certificate Smart Phone and internet access
  • Physically capable of meeting the requirements of the role
  • Must have qualification and demonstrated experience specific to mental health
  • All applicants must have a relevant visa or working rights in Australia
