Support Temps Contract Disability Support Worker

We are seeking experienced disability support workers to provide care and support to individuals with disabilities in the Gold Coast and Northern NSW regions.

This contract role is perfect for those who value flexibility and want to make a real difference in people's lives. With daytime, nighttime, and weekend work available, you can choose a schedule that suits your existing commitments.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities is required.
  • The NDIS Worker Check or Yellow Card is necessary for this position.
  • A current first aid certificate is also required.
  • Candidates must hold a COVID-19 vaccination certificate including a booster shot.
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are mandatory.
  • Public liability and professional indemnity insurance are also essential.
  • An Australian Business Number (ABN) is required for tax purposes.

Qualifications in disability services, aged care, or nursing will be highly regarded.

The successful applicant will be able to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, enjoy a challenge, and be open to learning new skills.

They will also be sensitive to our participants' needs and goals.
