About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile HOKA stores across NSW and QLD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and KPIs, ensuring efficient store operations, and motivating your team to achieve optimal results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple retail locations to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and store presentation goals
  • Motivate and coach your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets
  • Closely monitor store sales to identify areas of missed opportunity and implement strategies to improve performance
  • Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to company rostering standards
  • Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Store Manager or Multi-Site/Cluster Manager
  • Passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • Ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities
  • Sound operational and strategical skills, including stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments
