We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile stores across NSW and QLD for HOKA, a leading brand in the outdoor and running industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple retail locations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage.
- Motivate and coach a team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores.
- Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, and identify areas for improvement.
- Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
- Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
- Ensure efficient OH&S management and adherence to state and national OH&S legislation.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
- Demonstrated 2+ years as a Senior Store Manager or Multi-Site/Cluster Manager.
- A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed.
- Passionate about living an active lifestyle and aligned with the brand philosophy of empowering all athletes to feel like they can fly.
- The ability to think strategically to identify missed opportunities and drive sales and KPIs.
- A sound operational and strategic skill set, including experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Experience with effectively managing a roster and wage control.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships with Support Office departments.
- A motivated and driven attitude.
