We are seeking an experienced Buyer to lead the development of our Bed & Bath merchandise categories.

This role involves building strong relationships with external brand partners and internal stakeholders to drive customer-focused initiatives and commercial results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive merchandise assortment and space allocation decisions by brand by store\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define and deliver initiatives that support business strategies\
  • Champion customer-first innovation within Bed & Bath, staying up-to-date with industry trends and opportunities\

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Buying, Category Management or related role, within similar categories\
  • Strong understanding of local and international Homewares and Retail trends\
  • Commercially-minded, analytical, and outcomes-oriented, with a customer-first mindset\
