Dynamic Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients and their families to assess and develop treatment plans that address communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with complex communication and swallowing needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans that promote patient-centered care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery
- Stay up-to-date with best practice guidelines and evidence-based research in speech pathology

Requirements and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology or related field
- Current registration as a Speech Therapist with relevant professional association
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with patients with complex communication and swallowing needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
