Regional Account Lead Opportunity

This role oversees multiple facilities across APAC, ensuring well-managed and well-maintained buildings.

The Regional Account Lead is the primary liaison with clients and leads staff in coordinating services and activities, financials, vendors, and manpower.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in responding to occupants' needs, environmental health and safety, and quality programs.
  • Responsible for policy conformance, safety performance, budget control, quality control, maintenance process development, job planning, scheduling, and CMMS management.
  • C Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure effective maintenance performance across client portfolios.
  • Assist in developing long-range planning in support of clients and company goals.
  • Provide disaster event support before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of facilities, including custodial, life-safety, engineering, and general maintenance.
  • Manage service contracts effectively and ensure payments match contract pricing.
  • Lead facility management teams in supervising maintenance programs and providing positive responses to client requests.
  • Implement ongoing contract review programs to assess client and occupant needs.
  • Prepare and deliver consolidated reporting and reviews of budgets, financial reports, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders.
  • Develop capital and operating budgets for properties, including five-year plans for maintenance, improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Review work order metrics and systems to identify service gaps and recurring issues.
  • Approve positions and direct hiring, training, and motivational activities of facility management staff.
  • Drive customer focus within operational activities and maintain relationships with key client contacts.
  • Foster employee engagement to create a phenomenal work environment that draws clients into the office.
  • Develop best practices, operational efficiency, and identify industry trends and tools contributing to operational excellence goals.
  • Deliver assigned KPIs and related goals as assigned by account leadership.
