Hearing Health Support Specialist

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to join our team as a Hearing Health Support Specialist. In this vital role, you will play a key part in assisting our clients with their hearing health needs.

Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Welcome our clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
- Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
- Prior experience in customer service/admin
