Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Welcome our clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics
  • Learn and competently use a range of software and applications
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
  • Prior experience in customer service/admin
