Poultry Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned farm manager to oversee the daily operations of our poultry farms across various regions in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff to achieve optimal results, resolving conflicts and disagreements, liaising with producer representatives, and maintaining a high level of farm presentation at all times.
Key duties include:
- Staff management to enhance farm performance and cost effectiveness
- Conflict resolution and effective communication with team members
- Liaison with producer company representatives
- Optimizing bird growing requirements using different shed management techniques
- Maintaining a high standard of farm presentation
- Ensuring adherence to bio-security, health and safety, environmental, and animal welfare procedures
To succeed in this role, applicants should have at least two years' experience in managing the operations of a broiler and/or breeder farm. A strong leadership background, experience in managing staff, and a dedication to ensuring quality in operations are essential.
