Your New Role

As an Assistant Manager at our Coffs Harbour store, you'll oversee day-to-day operations and report directly to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager). You'll be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, managing staff schedules, and optimizing business costs. Your domain includes both the showroom and warehouse, where you'll focus on team training and equipping them with the tools and resources they need to excel.
