About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in Coffs Harbour. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure customers' homes are safe and comfortable
  • Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, as well as providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements
