As an ECP Consultant, you will utilize your functional and technical expertise to facilitate our clients' adoption of best practices in SAP SuccessFactors. Specifically, this role focuses on payroll systems and processes through the lead deployment and support of Employee Central Payroll - ECP. This position may be based in a WFH setting or at one of our office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR guidance on clients' processes by analyzing business requirements and developing effective configuration solutions for evaluating current payroll streams.
  • Work as a member of the team on ECP and/or SAP Payroll implementation and support projects.
  • Support customers in defining, redesigning, and documenting business processes.
  • Design solutions and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps, prioritize gaps, and design the implementation timeline.
  • Built prototypes: implement the solution and test environment.
  • Define the testing approach, develop test scripts, execute test scripts, record gaps, and resolve.
  • Finalize configuration: migrate solution to productive environment, perform data migration activities, perform cut over activities.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer activities as in training and support for customers for developing their skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in implementing SAP payroll solutions.
  • Experience in payroll configuration.
  • Expertise and ideally certification in ECP and/or SAP payroll.
  • Experience in Time and Attendance would be an additional advantage.
  • Professional and committed to deliver customer satisfaction in challenging environments.
  • Professional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral).
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task competing stakeholder requests.
  • Innovative mindset to create and improve processes to successfully optimize at-scale.
