Job Title: Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our site teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

About the Role:

  • Manage and coordinate site activities, including preparation, application, and finishing of floor coatings.
  • Supervise and train site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and report on site progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Foster a positive and productive work culture, promoting teamwork and open communication among site staff.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and managing site operations.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
