About Our Casual Showroom Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Casual Showroom Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing business in the rapidly expanding Health Care industry.

The successful candidate will have a positive and persistent approach to customer service and community engagement, with a keen desire to interact with their community and increase store exposure.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, creative, and able to problem solve and seek out new opportunities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers and assist them with their questions and convey the range of services available.
  • Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
  • Provide information to customers about our products, including physiotherapy items, mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs, and home care beds.
  • Process quotes, orders, and hire contracts efficiently.
  • Fulfill WHS requirements at a showroom level.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Well presented, professional, and courteous.

  • Second to none administration skills, including the ability to prioritize your time.
  • Self-motivated, creative thinker, able to problem solve and seek out new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proof of Working Rights in Australia.
