As a key member of our professional services team, the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the entire travel and expense process from start to finish.

The role involves managing all aspects of travel bookings, maintaining accurate tracking systems, and ensuring business objectives are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking and reconciling travel claims, preparing client invoices, and fostering strong relationships with subcontractors by following up on outstanding claims.

It is essential that you have demonstrated ability to take ownership of processes, possess a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and attention to detail. You will also require intermediate-level skills in Excel, including proficiency in formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.

You must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients, with excellent communication skills at all levels. Familiarity with travel booking platforms, expense tracking tools, and reconciliation processes is highly desirable.
