Employee Expense Administrator
We are seeking an Employee Expense Administrator to join our finance team. As an Employee Expense Administrator, you will be responsible for processing employee expense claims and reviewing them to ensure compliance with company policy. You will also be attending to employee queries and providing support to the National Accounts Payable Team Leader.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and take on a key role in supporting our employees with their expense management needs. You will be working closely with our National Accounts Payable Team Leader to ensure that all expenses are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing American Express and employee expense claims
  • Reviewing expense claims to ensure they comply with firm policy
  • Attending to employee queries such as coding, policies and various requests

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts payable or associated accounts administration role
  • Experience in a professional services environment is desirable but not essential
  • Chrome River or Expense Management System experience is required
  • Experience in reconciling and processing bank account transactions
  • Intermediate use of other Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Intermediate use of a Client Management System (CMS) or practice management system
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
