Job Overview

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes to ensure seamless operations.

With previous experience in a payroll role and expertise in Ascender Pay (Dayforce/Ceridian), the successful candidate will excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and process end-to-end payroll on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate payroll transactions according to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, leave accruals, salary changes, and tax declarations.
  • Calculate and process employee entitlements such as leave, overtime, allowances, bonuses, and terminations.
Requirements:
  • Strong numerical skills with MS Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
