Payroll Professional

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll processing within a high-volume or multi-site environment, and a sound understanding of Modern Awards and payroll legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in payroll systems such as ADP Payforce, and have the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant Awards and legislative requirements.
  • Administer employee and employer deductions, contributions, and benefits, including superannuation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and payroll components consistently and accurately.
  • Respond to payroll-related queries and requests, providing clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Lead to address escalations and support service delivery.
  • Assist with preparing payroll-related data for forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
  • Build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to key projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accountability for task completion and adherence to deadlines.
