Dedicated Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at an Early Learning Centre in Collingwood.
This permanent, full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity for a qualified professional to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.
The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced staff to create a nurturing environment that promotes cognitive, physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging curricula that cater to individual learner needs
- Create a safe and inclusive space for children to grow and thrive
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and evaluate educational programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and resource developments
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACEQUA equivalent)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management qualifications
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Mandatory Reporting for Early Years certification
- Right to work in Australia
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Diploma-level Educator in an Early Childhood setting
- Strong pedagogical knowledge of the EYLF framework
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate a competent level of English
