Device Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Device Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, checking and dispatching surgical loan kits to hospitals with precision and urgency.
About the Role:You will work closely with our team to ensure that all loan kits are accurately prepared and dispatched on time. This includes inspecting returns, verifying completeness, cleanliness and accuracy, as well as coordinating urgent requests and liaising with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick, pack and dispatch surgical loan kits to meet tight deadlines.
- Inspect returns to ensure they are complete, clean and accurate.
- Coordinate urgent requests and communicate effectively with the team.
- Monitor kit movements and inventory levels in our systems.
- Experience working in logistics or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP or similar.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
