Groundwater Specialist

A hydrogeology professional is sought to join a multidisciplinary project team responsible for designing and executing fieldwork programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of groundwater flow, fate, and transport, as well as experience with geospatial analysis, 3D modeling, and numerical modeling tools.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting critical analyses and assessments of groundwater and geological data;
- Preparing informative and interpretive maps, tables, and figures;
- Developing conceptual models of groundwater flow and contaminant transport;
- Designing and executing fieldwork programs, including drilling supervision, soil testing, groundwater monitoring, and groundwater well installation;
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in geology, earth science, geochemistry, or hydrology, and at least two years of direct consulting experience. Postgraduate studies in hydrogeology are preferred.
Desirable skills include proficiency in GIS software, such as ArcGIS or QGIS, as well as experience with Leapfrog and other 3D volumetric modeling software.
