Energy Operations Manager

Lead operations and sales management for energy customers, coordinate service providers, engage directly with customers, manage operational compliance, customer care, general commercial support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations, billing, and sales management
  • Management of sales service providers
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to achieve group goals
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Develop and gain legal approval for customer contracts
  • Prepare and gain approval for pricing strategy and individual offers
  • Manage operational compliance with relevant regulations
  • Customer Care - investigation, resolution, and escalation of customer issues
  • General commercial support for group operations
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related field
  • 5+ years commercial experience
  • Energy/Utility industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Team player with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Experienced customer relations skills, including dealing with challenging customers, negotiation, and resolving issues
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
