Energy Operations Manager

As Energy Operations Manager, you will lead the management of energy operations and sales to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and operate pricing strategies to deliver on our business plan.
  • Manage operations, billing, and sales management, including management of sales service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (Energy, Consumer, Retail Leases).
  • Develop and gain legal approval for customer contracts.
  • Prepare and gain approval for pricing strategy and individual offers.
  • Ensure operational compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage Customer Care - investigation, resolution, and/or escalation of customer issues.
  • Manage service provider deliverables.
  • General commercial support for group operations.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or similar discipline.
  • 5+ years commercial experience.
  • Energy/Utility or similar industry experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables.
  • Experienced customer relations skills.
  • Including dealing with challenging customers, negotiation, and resolving issues.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills.
