Overview

Scentre Group is a leader in the retail property industry. The Energy and Renewables Team manages the energy needs of our living centre portfolio, including powering HVAC systems, lighting, vertical transport, and essential infrastructure. The team also facilitates energy supply to retailers through on-selling arrangements.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the management of operations and sales to energy customers; coordinate service providers and engage directly with customers
  • Develop, implement and operate the pricing strategy to deliver on the business plan, including supporting Scentre Group's Net Zero ambitions
  • Manage operations, billing and sales with sales service providers
  • Develop and gain legal approval for customer contracts
  • Prepare and gain approval for pricing strategy and individual offers
  • Ensure operational compliance with relevant energy, consumer and retail lease regulations
  • Manage Customer Care: investigate, resolve and/or escalate customer issues
  • Provide general commercial support for group operations
What will set you apart
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of commercial experience
  • Energy/utility or similar industry experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to work under pressure with multiple deliverables
  • Experience in customer relations, including dealing with challenging customers, negotiation and issue resolution
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
