Customer Service Excellence in a Dynamic FMCG Environment
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned customer service professional to lead a high-performing team and drive superior service delivery in a fast-growing FMCG business.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service manager to oversee a team of 2 and ensure that customer service standards are consistently met. The primary point of escalation for liaising with any service issues, this role requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in managing people and handling high-volume operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 2 to effectively maintain customer service standards
- Liaise with service issues as the primary point of escalation
- Generate reports from CRM systems and upload them to Excel
- Manage building maintenance, large orders, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Assist with general queries
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills, preferably with a call centre background
- Experience in managing people and handling high-volume operations
- Proficiency in generating reports from CRM systems and using Excel
- Ability to deal with escalations and diffuse situations
- Happy to work 5 days in the office

Compensation Package
The salary for this position is $90,000-$110,000 + superannuation, providing a competitive remuneration package for a senior customer service leader. Located in Chatswood NSW, this role offers a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
