About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Transcriptionist to fill this key position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
  • Operate at a high level of autonomy to deliver accurate and confidential medical transcripts in a timely manner.
  • Possess advanced medical terminology and achieve targeted WPM with a 95% accuracy rate.
  • Perform administrative duties including reception, scheduling, medical records, billing, and call centre activities.
