I-MED Radiology Network is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Area Chief Radiographer to lead our teams in our Inner Brisbane North region including Fortitude Valley, SOGI, Ascot, Albany Creek, Chermside, Wavell Heights and Strathpine.
This role is open to a full-time position, reporting to the Regional Manager working Monday to Friday.
As Area Chief Medical Imaging Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, accurate medical imaging services to referrers and patients.
You will also focus on achieving improved clinical and financial outcomes through a comprehensive approach to medical imaging services.

Understand the financial and commercial aspects of the business and focus on managing clinic costs to achieve or exceed budget targets.
Travel to clinics within the Inner Brisbane North area.
Manage, develop, and mentor technologist staff, providing clinical guidance in the clinic.
Ensure outstanding service delivery and supervise the day-to-day management of the Medical Imaging departments.
Implement quality improvement initiatives and refine work practices to enhance clinical and financial outcomes.
Provide the highest level of patient care possible.
Perform routine and specialised medical imaging procedures to the highest professional standards as required.
Establish and maintain strong, cooperative relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Selection Criteria Ability to manage, coach, and lead clinic staff.
Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality medical imaging examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted industry standard or above.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with radiologists, patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel verbally and in writing.
Strong work ethic and commitment to the culture and values of the company.
