Lead Clinical Operations in Remote Healthcare

We are seeking a highly experienced clinical leader to spearhead medical operations at our remote healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess a medical degree, current licensure, and extensive experience in leading medical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Medical Services with the Health Service Manager to clients, stakeholders, and community members.
  • Provide strategic leadership to Medical Services teams across multiple sites.
  • Supervise medical staff to ensure compliance with evidence-based guidelines and efficient health service delivery.
  • Participate in patient care, including consultations, secondary reviews, and recommendations for medical referrals and evacuations as required.
  • Coordinate medical emergencies, referrals, and evacuations according to Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of ten years of experience, including trauma/emergency, occupational health, family medicine, and at least five years in leadership or management roles.
  • Leadership experience in medical settings, including remote or resource-limited environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and provide clinical guidance in complex cases.
  • Certifications in CPR/BLS and ALS/ITLS (or equivalent) with willingness to obtain PNG medical registration.
