Quantity Surveyor Project Lifecycle Specialist

Are you a motivated and driven quantity surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects? This is a chance to join a well-established organization in Perth, Australia.
About the RoleIn this pivotal position, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of a project, from feasibility through to completion. You will have the opportunity to work on unique projects across infrastructure such as roads, bridges, civil, aviation, and health.
Key Responsibilities- Manage pre-contract and post-contract stages, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
- Develop procurement and contract advice, creating value for our clients.
- Responsible for the measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, and pre-tender estimates.
- Assist with projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget control.
- Bachelor's degree in project management or construction management (majoring in cost management or quantity surveying).
- Minimum 4 years' experience in cost management / quantity surveying.
- Experience working with CostX is desirable.
- Working holiday visa required (with the view to sponsor after 6 months).
