Site Quantity Surveyor Role Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a major civil construction project in Western Australia.

  • Work on a significant infrastructure project with a reputable EPCM company.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a successful project as part of a collaborative team.
  • The site-based role will focus on quantity take-offs, cost management, subcontractor claim assessments, and progress measurement.
Essential Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant QS experience on major projects with strong influencing skills.
  • Prior experience working on large-scale mining and resource projects preferably Iron Ore.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of setting priorities.
  • A clear and persuasive communicator with strong influencing skills.
Duties & Responsibilities

As a Site Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Background in both cost and contracts with strong QS skills.
  • Experience on major mining and resource projects in the execution phase.
  • Skilled in quantifying and costing current and future works including BoQs.
  • Involved in preparing negotiating and closing out contract claims.
