About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to join our Business Services team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting, taxation, and advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, built on trust and exceptional service.
  • Supervise and mentor junior and senior accountants, ensuring the team has the capacity to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Provide proactive accounting, taxation, and commercial solutions for our business and high-net-worth clientele.
  • Research and prepare practical written advice on various structuring, taxation, lending, and transaction support assignments.
  • Advise clients on business process and performance improvement, including benchmarking, financial modeling, and assisting clients to set and achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Hold postgraduate qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA).
  • Have previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be passionate about improving technical expertise and applying it commercially.
  • Be a self-starter who enjoys working on a variety of assignments.
  • Have a can-do attitude and deliver exceptional results under pressure.
  • Lead by example and take initiatives.
  • Have a keen interest in nurturing and building a high-performing team.
  • Proactively contribute to the culture of the team and align yourself with the core values of the firm.
