Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert plays a vital role in ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience when visiting our stores. This involves creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing top-notch product education, and fostering meaningful connections with guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Assess guests' needs to provide customized solutions and support.
  • Provide expert product knowledge to help guests make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate guest transactions, while executing market-relevant programs according to company standards.
  • Maintain a dynamic presence on the sales floor to continuously engage with guests and address their needs.
  • Receive guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to address concerns and improve the guest experience.
  • Inform guests about local community programs and initiatives.
