Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Guest Service Agent at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out, providing smooth communication and support to Mandarin-speaking guests, handling reservations, enquiries, and guest requests with efficiency and care, and ensuring accuracy in guest accounts and maintaining front office procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences: Ensure that every guest has a memorable stay with us, from check-in to check-out.
  • Provide Smooth Communication and Support: Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with their needs, making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Handle Reservations and Enquiries: Respond promptly to guest requests, handle bookings efficiently, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
  • Maintain Front Office Procedures: Accurately manage guest accounts, maintain accurate records, and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English: Speak, read, and write fluently in both languages.
  • Previous Experience: Possess prior experience in front office or customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
