Exhibition Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Exhibition Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering engaging exhibition programs that showcase the University's research, student projects, library and archival collections, as well as its art and heritage collections.

The successful candidate will have experience in planning, designing, delivering and evaluating engaging exhibition programs. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write project plans, reports and exhibition collateral.

The Exhibitions Coordinator works closely with the Library's collection, liaison and communication teams to plan, coordinate and deliver a broad range of engagement activities that support a compelling student and campus experience. These engagement activities aim to highlight and promote the University's strengths and achievements.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in delivering engaging exhibition programs, including the planning, design and evaluation stages.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, establish priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
