Digital Campaign Lead

This is a specialist position focused on delivering integrated marketing campaigns, developing engaging content, and driving digital engagement to acquire, retain, and engage members.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end marketing campaigns, creating content across digital, social, print, and events, leveraging CRM and automation tools, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders, and driving event marketing for flagship conferences and community events.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of marketing or communications experience, a proven track record of running integrated campaigns, strong copywriting and content creation skills, proficiency in CRM systems and/or marketing automation, familiarity with WordPress and Google Analytics 4, and Adobe Creative Cloud skills.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive member acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our audience and showcases our expertise.
- Leverage data analytics to track, report, and improve campaign performance.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
