About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and daily living support to clients with high support needs.

  • Deliver personal care and daily living assistance.
  • Assist clients with manual handling and use of aids.
  • Support clients with complex medical requirements.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting high-needs disability clients and who possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience working with clients who have complex support needs.
  • Strong manual handling skills and knowledge of using assistive devices.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking candidates with a Certificate III or IV in Disability Support (or equivalent) and knowledge of NDIA processes.
