Workplace Delivery Analyst Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Delivery Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for the process, management, support and delivery of Package & Deployment Service, Release & Change, Support, Delivery Performance & Quality, Capacity & Continuity, Issue & Risk Management.

  1. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and set expectations.
  2. Plan, schedule and coordinate releases with nominated pilot users and production flow.
  3. Coordinate PV/V and sign offs between resolver groups and stakeholders.
  4. Maintain and forecast the application lifecycle management register.
  5. Perform Change & Release management within the team's responsibilities.
  6. Attend and represent the team at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
  7. Attend and represent the team at Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) meetings.
  8. Compliance reporting and initiative to improve deployment success rates.
  9. Ensure strong and effective communication with stakeholders and resolver groups.
  10. Ensure a high level of successful releases.
  11. Coordinate Major Incident Management/Critical fixes for the team.
  12. Document and maintain processes within the team.
  13. Create and maintain stakeholder contact lists.
  14. Manage the risk of operating the service.
  15. Understand and address the end-to-end technical services including dependent components and infrastructure.
  16. Serve as the point of escalation (notification) for major incidents.
  17. Be accountable for the successful resolution of critical, high, medium, and low problems.
  18. Be accountable for understanding the required business outcomes for the service and translating those, with input from Business Engagement in Service Improvement Plans - where relevant.
