We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing a positive experience for all visitors to our aquatic facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Lifeguards and provide guidance and support to ensure the highest level of safety and customer service.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders to ensure a positive and safe experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our safety and customer service standards.
- Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate.
- National Police Check.
- Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate.
- Working with Vulnerable People.
- Previous experience in a comparable role is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
